How to move your Better Faster license from one computer to another

  1. Within Outlook on the current computer, click the Better Faster ribbon and then click Help.
  2. Click the Change or Deactivate button.
  3. The current license Activation Code will display.
  4. Note the current activation key, because you will need it to activate new computer.
  5. Click Deactivate, and then click Yes.
  6. You may now activate this license on another computer.
  7. Click OK to finish.
  8. Licenses may also be deactivated using License Manager. 
  9. Use License Manager to deactivate license when the current computer is unavailable.
  10. Go to www.betterfaster.solutions and click License Manager under Support.
  11. Enter the license code.
  12. Enter the password you used to activate the product.
  13. Click View License. Subscription licenses require an Admin password.
  14. Click Submit.
  15. Computers and Activated Seats are listed.
  16. Click Yes to deactivate a computer.
  17. You may now activate this license on another computer.
  18. Within Outlook on the new computer, click the Better Faster ribbon, and then click Help.
  19. Click the Better Faster product ribbon, and then click Help.
  20. Click the Activate button.
  21. Enter the Activation Code from the previous computer, or from your order confirmation email. 
  22. Click Activate.
