How-To: Open Support Case

Support is free for volume license subscribers for the life of the subscription. Support is also available for single license individuals for 90 days from the date of purchase.

You may open a support case and send your license information to Better Faster Support within Outlook:
  1. Open Outlook and click the Better Faster product ribbon.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Click About button.
  4. Click License Activation Code and Open Support Case button will appear.
  5. Click Open Support Case and it will compose an email including your product information.
  6. Enter description your issue. Please include the steps to reproduce the problem.
  7. Click Send.
A support case will be created automatically. Our support team will respond within 2 business days.
