Paste not working after change license from volume to individual

My boss discontinued our clipboard volume subscription, so I bought an single license for myself. After I changed from volume to individual license, nothing happens when I click paste for any of the clipboards.

This is a known issue that happens only when changing from volume to individual license. Restart Outlook and all paste buttons will work properly.
